Both are great options for cocktail hour and to help warm up your crowd before the party gets going!


My Retro ReCall Audio Guest Book is a unique way to capture audio recorded messages from your guests. A friendly attendant will interact with your guests and make sure everyone not only knows about the experience, but also wants to participate. You will receive all of the unedited messages via digital delivery. There are two styles and three colors to choose from.

My Walk-About mobile photo booth is a fun addition to any gathering. Our fun attendant will work the room interacting and having fun with your guests. The ring light will make your guests wonder what is going on and they will love how their photos turn out. The social sharing sized images get sent directly to their phones after taking their photos. Our Walk-About Social Booth will get your guests ready to have a great time while capturing so many fun memories.

Toledo Wedding Photography Pricing

Choosing your wedding photographer is a complicated task and a detrimental part of preserving your wedding memories. This is not something where you want to cut corners. After all, you can't redo the day so you want to make sure your memories are captured beautifully.

Although I have several options to choose from, I have tried to simplify my packages to make them easier to understand. There are no hidden costs or surprises. You will see that they all include the same 10 hours of coverage. You will receive all the fully edited digital images that I take with a print release to have your images printed anywhere. You will also get an online gallery for viewing and sharing with your family and friends, and a complimentary engagement session and all the images that I take during your engagement session..

If you are having a full wedding and reception, meaning the ceremony, wedding party and family photos, and a dinner and dancing reception, 6 hours is not enough to get everything that is standard for wedding photography. I have also found that even 8 hours of coverage would be cutting it extremely close. You will feel rushed and stressed, no matter how organized you are. That's why I have made all of my packages to include up to 10 hours of wedding photography coverage. This allows you to relax and know that I will capture everything without adding stress to your day.

The differences in the packages are what else is added to my Full Wedding Collection. My Full Wedding Collection is my basic package and all the others have other things included.

The Details

The very first step to take is to call or text me to check my availability and to schedule your FREE consultation! Finding out if your wedding vendors are available will save you time and headaches!

With that being said, to take advantage of my special bridal show offer, you must book my services at the bridal show. I will have my calendar and contracts available to do so. If you cannot make it to the bridal shows, you can always book before the show.

A non-refundable non-transferable $400 retainer is usually required to hold your wedding date when booking your wedding. For the show, I am lowering that amount to $200 for any service that is booked at the show. The retainer amount will be applied to your total amount due for the wedding package you choose and is not a discount off the package price.

I also require a signed contract to hold your date. No wedding date will be held without a retainer and signed contract.

The remaining balance of your bill can be paid as you go along or as a lump sum closer to the wedding date. It is totally up to you how you pay as long as the balance is paid in full two weeks prior to your wedding date. I accept cash, check, visa and mastercard. However, I will not be able to process credit cards at the show.

A Complete Guide for attending a Bridal Show

Bridal Show Tips, tricks and more!

Attending a bridal show can be very overwhelming to most brides to be. There will be so much going on from DJ's playing music, samples of wedding cakes and appetizers for you to taste, decorations and halls to check out, and so much more.

If you are just starting to plan your dream wedding, plan to be here for the duration just to get through the entire venue.

Here are some tips and tricks to help guide you through a bridal show, and the reasons why:

Before you go:

* Create a wedding email address. - This will help you organize all things wedding related. Just remember to keep checking it!

* Pre-Register - Even though most of the bridal shows are free, they do need you to register before entering. You can pre-register for them which will save you time at the door. Check out their websites or social media pages for the links.

* Know your budget - It's also a good idea to know your wedding budget before going to the bridal show if you plan to book your vendors at the show. This way, you know exactly what you can afford to pay for each service. We know this is difficult to do without knowing pricing beforehand. But you can start with a guestlist and figure out who is contributing to your overall budget and how much you have available to spend. A quick internet search can help you find the average spend per service.

* Print address labels - It's also a good idea to make up address labels before you attend any bridal show. Make sure you include your name, address, phone number, email address and date of your wedding on these labels. Many of the vendors will have door prizes or contests and by having the labels made up before hand, will save you the time of filling out the information at their booths.

* Make a list of questions and vendors you need. - Be prepared to ask the vendors lots of question. Having a list makes it easier for you to stay on track. You are basically interviewing them for the job. Find out what makes them different and why you should hire them. Don’t be afraid to ask them their pricing.

What to wear and what to bring with you:

* Wear comfortable shoes and clothing - Probably the most important tip for attending a bridal show is to make sure you wear comfortable shoes and clothing. You can be walking or standing for hours talking with all of the vendors. Plus, it could be very hot and humid, or cold and rainy. Either way, be prepared for whatever mother nature brings that day.

* Bring your crew! - Bring your mom, maid of honor, bridesmaids, your groom to be, and anyone else who will be helping you plan your wedding day, especially the ones who are paying for your wedding. That way, they can see it all also and help you make some of the important decisions. Just don't bring too many people that it gets confusing.

* Bring something to take notes. - Don't forget to bring a notebook and pen so you can write down anything you need to remember. Again, some venues have spotty cellular service and your phone might not have service. Bringing a camera also helps because you can take pictures or videos of decorating ideas, vendors booths so you can remember who you talked with, and anything else you saw at the bridal show that you want to remember vividly.

* Know your schedule. - Bring your calendar so you know when you are available to schedule your wedding consultations with the vendors you visit. It's also a good idea to have your future spouse, and anyone else who may be making decisions, to have their calendar's with them as well.

* Be ready to put down a deposit or book a consultation. - Don't forget to bring your checkbook or credit cards. Most vendors, including Kurt, will offer special bridal show discounts for booking your wedding or scheduling your consultation that day. However, not all vendors will be able to accept credit cards at the show, so be prepared with your checkbook. Some venues have spotty wifi, so it's always best to be prepared!

*Bring a water bottle. - You will do a lot of talking at a bridal show. Bring something to drink to keep your voice from becoming hoarse and your throat dry. Some shows have an open bar when you can purchase beverages, but not every show does that. It's also advised to eat beforehand. There will be food, but it will only be small samples.

*Bring a bag. - Some shows pass out bags to carry the literature in that you will be receiving. However, some bridal shows do not, and some only pass out a few. It's always a good idea to bring one just in case.

At the Show:

* Show up early. - There will be hundreds of brides attending, so it's a good idea to show up early in order to get to see everything and to talk to everyone. This also gives you the opportunity to re-visit the vendors you really want to talk with in case you have more questions for them.

* Talk to every vendor, ask those questions! - Make sure you check out all of the vendors at the bridal show in case you change your mind later about what you want for your wedding. Most of them will have handouts about their services and prices which you can check out and compare after you get home. They also can help you with finding other vendors that they recommend and can provide you with ideas to help make your day better.

* Take notes and photos. - You will be talking to a lot of vendors. Taking notes and photos is a great way to remember everything later when you are sorting through all of your pamphlets and fliers.

* Be open minded. - You might find out the vendors you were hoping to have on your dream team, were not a good fit for you. And you may find vendors you didn't know you needed. Keeping an open mind and talking with everyone will help you in the long run.

* Don't feel pressured to buy!. - Just because they are offering a really good deal, does not mean you should book on the spot. Many of the vendors will send you a follow up email with an extended "show special" date. You can also ask if the offer will be honored if you schedule a consultation. Remember the old adage, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
