All contestants entering the contest MUST be a current patient at Maumee OB/GYN Associates in Maumee, OH (verification may be requested). Each contestant MUST be currently expecting when entering the contest. Contestants may enter the contest only one time per month for the duration of their pregnancy. A winner will be chosen on the first Monday of each month from the entered contestants from the previous month. Winners will be notified by email so please make sure you submit your valid email address and add kurt@kurtnphoto.com to your email directory to avoid the notification going to your spam filter. Monthly winners will have 5 business days from the time the notification email is sent from Kurt Nielsen Photography to call Kurt at (419) 885-7153 to schedule their appointment for the FREE maternity portrait session or will forfeit their FREE session.

There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. Only one prize package will be awarded per household. This contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Contestants must be 18 years of age or older in order to receive a prize package. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries submitted during contest period.

The portrait session will be a full one hour session in Kurt's studio, at your house, or location of your choice. Travel time to your chosen location must be within 30 minutes or less drive time from Kurt's studio or travel fees may apply.
