Trick or Treat! Come in for our Halloween Spooktacular Portrait Special on Thursday, October 31, 2013 from 12 noon until 8pm. For just $19.95 (plus tax), Kurt will take four (4) poses of your little ghost or goblin in the Halloween set. The images will immediately be edited and printed.
you will receive all four 4x6 photos in a folio to take home. (one photo from each pose) If you have more than one child you want in the photos, you may add them to the original 4 poses for an additional $10 per child (plus tax). Or you can purchase the four (4) pose special for each child separately.
All children must be in costume to have their portraits taken and for you to take advantage of this special.
Don't have a human child? Bring in your pet in costume and the same photography package pricing special will apply! However, if you are bringing in a pet, please call me at the studio at (419) 885-7153 to let me know what time you will be in. We want to be considerate of the other customers and children who may be in the studio
or coming in for portraits. We don't want to have anyone with any allergies reacting to your pet or being frightened by your pet.
All pets must also be in costume to have their portraits taken and for you to take advantage of this special.
Adults in costume are also welcome to take advantage of this portrait special.
Treats will also be passed out to all of our little trick or treaters.
We will also be passing out candy for anyone who stops by to trick or treat during Sylvania's designated trick or treat times (6pm-7:30pm). Stop by and say hello if you are out this way!
Although we are stating that you do not need an appointment for this special, we are asking that you RSVP so we can plan this event and so no one will have to wait for a long period of time. Those who do respond will receive preference over those who do not respond. Anyone who RSVP's will not have to wait in line, unless they RSVP for the same time as someone else. Kurt is still booking appointments for the Class of 2014 Senior Portraits. Now that sunset is increasingly earlier each day, after-school appointments are limited to one (1) per day with 4pm the latest he can schedule an outdoor session. His weekends are also extremely limited because of weddings and other previously contracted events. Yearbook deadlines will be here before you know it, so don't wait. Portraits must be ordered and all session fees must be paid in full before yearbook photos will be submitted to your school. To guarantee that you meet your yearbook deadline, please schedule your appointment at least three (3) weeks prior to your school's yearbook deadline. Call Kurt at (419) 885-7153 to book your child's Senior Photo session.

For these High Schools, you MUST go to your designated photographer for your yearbook submission photo. Most of their yearbook only sessions are FREE. However, you do not need to purchase portraits from them, nor do you have to have a full portrait session.

On another note, yearbook photos may not be the same as the school composite photos. Some schools have a photographer to come to their school to do the senior composite photos during the school day. This is to make sure all the students have the same background. Some schools allow the senior yearbook photos to be used no matter where they were taken. Each school has different guidelines for the senior composite portrait so be sure to check with your school. There usually is a minimal charge for this for each student. The senior composite photo is the "Class" photos you see hanging in the halls with the tiny pictures of all of the students for each graduating year.

Kurt's Kustom Keepsakes green screen photo booth will be at Promedica Flower Hospital's "Bite for the Fight" on Saturday, October 19, 2013 from 9 am-12 noon. This unique fundraiser features a one-mile walk through the ProMedica Flower Hospital campus with grazing stations and vendors along the way.
Registration fee is $25 per person, or $20 per person if you have a group of 8 or more. Children 10 and under are free but still need to be registered. Proceeds support the Hickman Cancer Center and its programs on the campus of Flower Hospital. We are honored for Kurt's Kustom Keepsakes green screen photo booth to be part of this wine tasting event hosted by Sal's Pals in their effort to help raise money to find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis. This event will be held on Friday, October 25, 2013 at 7pm at the Carranor Hunt and Polo Club, 502 E. Second St., Perrysburg, OH. The suggested donation to attend is $50. Kurt's Kustom Keepsakes will be helping to raise money for ProMedica Toledo Children's Hospital at their annual Kids Celebrity Wait Night. This year's event will be held at Premier Banquet Complex, 4480 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo, OH 43614. The event will be on Sunday, November 10, 2013 beginning at 4:30 pm.
There will be dinner, a silent auction, a cash bar and entertainment, including us! Make sure you stop by our green screen photo booth and have your picture taken for a great cause!
Kids between the ages of 6 and 16 will take your order, deliver food and entertain all of the guests. The tips they receive goes to support the children at Toledo Children's Hospital, so tip generously!

Looking for the perfect baby shower gift or gift for the newborn? Kurt's Baby My Baby plan has everything you are looking for at an affordable price. This plan covers all of the portrait sessions for the new bundle of joy's first year of life. Kurt's Baby My Baby package includes sessions to be taken at 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and their first birthday. At least one session must be a family photo session, but parents are encouraged to be in a few photos from each session. Plus, if you purchase the package before the baby arrives, the maternity session is FREE. A 10% discount is given for all purchases from each portrait session, and a CD slide show set to music is given for each session. If a portrait package is purchased from each session, you will also receive a FREE custom storyboard print with your favorite photo from each session. Kurt loves social media. However, he is not on as often as he would like to be because of his busy schedule. If he is not photographing, he is editing or busy with other aspects of his business. Kurt loves when you comment or "like" his posts but may not respond right away or may not always see your posts and comments. Kurt tries to keep up with his messages but may not always give a prompt response. Because Kurt may not be able to respond immediately, Kurt does not schedule appointments via email or social media. To make an appointment, please call the studio at (419) 885-7153. If Kurt or Deb (his secretary) are unable to answer the phone, someone will call you back as soon as they become available.

Did you know that Kurt offers tasteful Boudoir Photography? This is the newest trend in couples photography but Kurt has been photographing these sessions for years. Many brides to be are having boudoir sessions as a wedding gift for their soon to be groom. Many long time married ladies are having these sexy photo sessions for their husbands to keep the fire alive or for special anniversary gifts. Whatever the reason you want to have a boudoir portrait session, Kurt always keeps the sessions private and comfortable and is always professional.
